He couldn’t believe that Trent-Alexander became skipper and Salah’s position was pushed aside at that time.

But Liverpool’s manager Klopp pushed aside speculations about Salah being unhappy playing for Liverpool. He stated, “Mo is in a good mood, a good moment and really good shape – that’s the most important thing for me”.

Gossip about Salah leaving Liverpool is getting louder, although his contract doesn’t end until 2023. Reds are already reassuring Salah that they will offer him a new contract as he’s focusing on goal breaking record at Anfield.

Salah’s boss says that there is only one reason for Salah to leave. And as funny as it sounds Klopp says that only reason to leave Liverpool is the weather. But ofcourse the club cannot force a player to stay against his will.

Egyptian stars transfers to Barcelona, Real Madrid or Paris Saint-Germain are still open, but Klopp thinks that they won’t happen. Klopp added that he can’t understand why any player would want to leave Liverpool as they are one of the best clubs and they pay their players well.
